About Caring Touch Wellness

Hi there! My name is Kriss – I graduated from The Salon Professional Academy in April 2023.  Since that time I have been the owner of Caring Touch Therapeutic Bodywork & Wellness.

 I believe that massage therapy (and energy therapy) is a wonderful way to provide care for others- which is what I love to do! 

It is also a wonderful form of self-care!  

Massage gives you the chance to rest, relax, recenter yourself and most importantly – to discover where you are holding onto tension so you can let it go!

Massage therapy provides you the opportunity to slow down, allowing you the chance to feel the connections between your mind, your body and your spirit which are all important aspects of our physical, mental and emotional well-being.

During your session, it is important to me  to focus on your areas of concern as well as incorporate whatever type of massage techniques you and your body need- it is my hope that you leave feeling refreshed and renewed! 

I believe that every “body” deserves a caring touch- regardless of age or ability- so please feel free to let me know if you need special accommodations – I will do my best to create a therapeutic space that works for everyone.

As a licensed massage therapist, I am passionate about helping feel their best through personalized, therapeutic bodywork as well as Reiki and Healing Touch Therapy.  It is important to me to continue to learn and grow as a therapist and energy worker. I am always seeking educational opportunities to learn new techniques and therapies that will enhance my practice so I can offer my clients a wide variety of massage options tailored to their unique needs. My goal is to create a supportive, healing experience where clients feel truly cared for- mind, body and spirit. 

When I am not taking care of my clients I love spending time playing in the dirt (gardening), two-wheeled non-motorized locomotion (riding my bike), conducting food based science experiments (baking) and hanging out with my sweet grandchildren, family, friends and my cat Maynard.
