What can I expect when I arrive for my massage?

Caring Touch Therapeutic Bodywork & Wellness is located in the Great North Plaza, inside 360 Therapy Associates, just to the right of the the main entrance.

If you need the facilities before your appointment, restrooms are located near the end of the main hallway.

When you arrive, you’ll find a comfortable waiting room where you can relax and help yourself to water or coffee. If this is your first visit, there will be a short health history form waiting for you at the reception desk. Please feel free to complete it while you wait.

When it’s time for your appointment, I will greet you personally and bring you to my treatment space. Before we begin, we’ll take a few minutes to talk about any concerns you may have and what type of massage would best support you that day.

You’ll then have privacy to disrobe to your comfort level and get settled on the massage table. After a few minutes, I will knock before entering to ensure you are comfortable.

Once you’re ready, your massage will begin, with your comfort and relaxation as the top priority.

What should I wear for my massage appointment?

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! Many clients come straight from work in their clothes — no need to change beforehand if that works best for you. During your massage, you can disrobe as much or as little as you like. I always use professional draping to ensure your privacy and comfort, so you can fully relax and enjoy your session. After your massage, you might find loose clothing or cozy socks helpful to keep the feeling of relaxation going as you head back to your day.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

I know life can get hectic! You can easily cancel or reschedule through my online booking site, or just give me a call or text at 701-707-9087.

There’s no cancellation fee, and I’m happy to help you find a new time that works. I do appreciate rebooking when possible, since your appointment time is reserved just for you.

If you don’t cancel or miss your appointment, the full session fee will apply, as that time could have gone to someone else in need of care.
